Group B is investigating Operating Environment.
Group C is investigating the Internal Environment.


Teacher facilitates the group process and chanalize energy in to potentially educative activity.

Group A : External Environment
               External environment is the outermost environment of a business.

The various elements of external environment are not under the control of business man. It include social political, economic, legal and technological environment.
Group B: Operating Environment
               Operating environment lies in between the external and internal environment. As compared to external environment, business institution has certain amount of control over the operating environment. The environment that is required for the smooth functioning of the business is called operating environment.
Group C: Internal Environment
The environment with in a business concern is its internal environment. The business has full control over the business. The environment is concerned with the day to day running of the business.
E.g.: production, finance, marketing, personnel departments.
Teacher co-ordinate the presentation and discussion and clarify the doubt.



Students are presented with a new problem.

 Teacher helps the group process, scaffolding student and supervise the activity.
